DODA, Sept 8: Two days divisional level Inter District tournament being organised by the District Youth Services & Sports in the discipline of Kho-Kho commenced here at Sports Stadium today.
220 girls are participating in 'under-14/17' age categories from 9 district of Jammu division. Today in Under-17 category , Reasi defeated Samba whereas Rajouri defeated Kishtwar. In Under-14, Samba defeated Reasi and Udhampur defeated Kathua by a huge margin of one inning and 10 points.
In the inaugural function Additional District Development commissioner Doda, Narinder Singh Bali was the Chief guest and Joint Director YSS Jammu Madan Lal was the guest of honour. On this occasion Xen PDD Bushan Dass, Principal HSS Doda Sh. Tanvir Ahmed Wani, various ZPEOs, Masters and PETs of the department were present. |
