Class-IV employee calls the shots in Edu deptt 9/8/2016 11:43:57 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 8: Virtually ignoring all orders regarding his detachment and issued by the Education department, an influential Class-IV employee has managed his attachment in the Zonal Educational Office (ZEO) for last 15 years. If sources are to be believed, Satish Kumar whose place of posting was in middle school Bakore Zone Jourian was attached in ZEO office Jourian since 2001. Sources further said that in 2015, he was promoted to the post of Laboratory Assistant which is also a Class-IV post but he continues to be working in the ZEO office Jourian. "Despite of the fact that Laboratory Assistant/Laboratory Bearer post is only meant for High Schools and Higher Secondary Schools but the influential employee still managed his attachment in the ZEO office", said a source. Another Class-IV employee while talking to Early Times rued that departmental rules and regulation should be same for all but in the case of Satish Kumar he is given special privileges as he is dealing there with pay, treasury and drawls etc. "Ironically, several deputations had knocked doors of higher-ups for his detachment but they always returned with empty hands, maintained a source.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
