VKM organizes Micro Yoga Practices 9/8/2016 11:31:08 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 8: Vichar Kranti Manch organized Micro Yoga Practices (MYP) in schools by practicing Micro Yoga Practices through Dr. B.Islam National President Institute of PPFP Yoga New Delhi in Himmat Learning Field Hr. Sec. School, Jeevan Jyoti Public School, and R.M. College of Education. Dr. B. Islam a Yoga Expert MD in Yoga and alternate medicine visited Jammu in connection with holdings of five days Yoga Camp by Bharat Scouts and Guides at R.M. College of Education Chowadi. Fifty- one teachers from eighteen states of India participated in Yoga Camps. Dr. Shreyansh Kumar Jain Yoga Expert and President VKMI assisted Dr.Islam in exercising the Yoga practices in respect of Yogasans, Pranayams, Meditation, Morality and Life style, he has also qualified three years practical Training Course a Psycio-Physio- Fitness from Institute of P.P.F.P. Yoga New Delhi. On the inaugural session of Yoga Camp Sh. I.D.Soni State Commissioner Bharat Scouts and Guides was the Chief Guest, Rameshwar Mengi Chairman Group of Colleges presided over, Dr. Jain Zonal Commissioner Bharat Scouts and Guides was the Guest of Honour and Dr. B.Islam was the resource person.
