Jammu, Sept 8: The NSS unit of Govt. Degree College, Bishnah organized inaugural ceremony of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan fortnight under the guidance of Aksa Rao, NSS Programme Officer.
Principal of the college, Kuldip Raj Sharma, was the chief guest and Anil Kumar, Asstt. Prof. in Sociology , Department of Law, Central University of Kashmir was the resource person and the main speaker. Under this fortnight, a series of activities will be undertaken. The proceedings of the programme were carried out by Supriya and Sweety of Sem-V while the guests were formally welcomed by Prof. Seema Mir, Dean Students Welfare, HOD, English and Aksa Rao followed by lighting of the traditional lamp.
The chief Guest, Kuldip Raj Sharma in his special address emphasized upon the theme.
The resource person deliberated upon the aims and objectives of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. |
