Seniors dismiss stake of junior VLWS 9/8/2016 11:53:07 PM Ms Nazki Early Times Report Poonch , Sept 8: Junior most village level workers ( VLWS ) have sent their representation to Rural Development Department to adjust them as incharge Panchayat inspectors and Block Development officers in newly created districts of the state surpassing their seniors sources said here today. Junior VLWS have sent their representatives to Rural Development Department Jammu stating that their services be hired for incharge Panchayat Inspectors and Block development officers in newly created tehsils and blocks of the state sources said , adding that they have been working in the department since long and have well experience in handling the job. Raecting over the demand of junior most VLWS , the senior VLWS who have been appointed way back in 1982 or earlier in the RDD said that how can juniors surpass the seniors as they were well trained and experienced than the juniors and were capable to become incharge Panchayat inspectors and BDOs in newly created tehsils and blocks of the state said Waheed Khan , a senior VLW while talking to Early Times here today . He said our seniority list has been biting dust in the head office RDD Jammu while Juniors have no locus standi to raise such a demand, sources said.
