JAMMU, Oct 1: The three-day Open District Table Tennis Championship, organised by Udhampur Table Tennis Academy under the aegis of J&K Table Tennis Association, concluded today with the holding of valedictory function.
Former MLA, Balwant Singh Mankotia was chief guest while working president of J&K Table Tennis Association, V K Magoo and JU TT coach, Ravish Vaid were guests of honour.
Around 150 participants were there to compete for the top honours. The matches were officiated by the technical penal comprising Prikshit Khajuria, Akhil Bandral, Rajesh Daya and Abhay Mahajan.
Prominent among those present were Kuldeep Singh, DR Atri, Baljeet Singh, Prem Kishore Sharma, Rajinder Sharma, Ashok khajuria, Sanjeev Verma, Sanjay Kailu, Mohinder Singh, Yudhveer Singh, Vishal Bamotra, Vijay Sharma and Tamanna Sharma.

Finals: Sub Junior Boys: Mahi Kailu beat Sudansh Verma 3-0. Junior Boys: Mahi Kailu beat Harshit Ramotra 3-1. Junior Girls: Anju beat Shallu 3-2. Senior Boys: Mahi kailu beat Harshit Ramotra 3-1. Senior Girls: Purvi sharma beat Parul Sharma 3-1. |
