District-Divisional Level Athletic meet enters second day 10/5/2016 9:57:47 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 5: On the second day of on going Inter District Divisional Level Athletic Meet for boys under the all age group of Division Jammu district Jammu maintained its supremacy by winning maximum numbers of medals here at MA Stadium Jammu today. The competitions are being organized by Deptt. of Youth Services and Sports Distt. Jammu under the Chairmanship of Madan Lal Jt. Director Youth Services & Sports Jammu and under the overall supervision of Sukhdev Raj Sharma DYSSO Jammu. The main objective of these competitions is to select the teams in Athletics for the upcoming competitions i.e. Inter Division State Level competitions. Gunjeet Singh of Distt Jammu cinched Gold medel in 400 meters U/19 years boys,Manga Ram ,Distt. Kathua got Silver medel, Sandeep Singh Distt Samba won Bronze. Randeep Singh of SRML Jammu got Gold medel in 400 meters u/17 yrs boys, Rahul Kumar of Samba got Silver, and Mukesh Kumar of Udhampur clinched Bronze medel. Mohd Altaf of Reasi got Gold medel in 400 mtr u/14 boys , Ashok Kumar of Kishtwar got silver and Shabeer Ahmed of Ramban won Bronze medel. Saleem Mohd of Udhampur got Gold medel in 3000 meters u/17 years boys, Rajinder Kumar of Kishtwar got Silver and Ravi Sharma of Samba won Bronze medel.
