JTC holds meet | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 5: A joint meeting of Jagti Tenement Committee and Soan Kashmir Front J&K was held today under the Chairmanship of Shadi Lal Pandita, president, Jagti Tenement Committee and Soan Kashmir Front J&K. During the course of meeting various issues were discussed genuine demands of the Migrants were highlighted which ,inter-alia,included that those Migrant youth hailing from reserved backward areas of Kashmir valley need to be issued RBA Certificates to avail benefits under this category. A large number of inmates of Jagti Mini Township Jagti are still ignored of issuance of Aadhar cards It has been said that the present cash assistance relief does not meet the domestic expenses of a family due to rise in prices of all essential commodities. A demand has been made for cancelling all fake and fradulent ration cards and genuine migrants be provided enhanced cash Assistance relief to the tune of Rs. 25,000 per month. Pandita has said that a large number of educated youth have crossed their over age limits thereby rendering them unable to seek employment as such they need to be provided adequate compensation to meet their day to day domestic needs besides the Kashmiri Pandit migrant community which has suffered huge loss of their properties due to damages in Kashmir valley during Past 27 years as such has demanded the time compensation for the losses suffered by each and every migrant family. |
