PDD Daily wagers protest against Dy CM and MLA Kathua, demanded regularization 11/16/2016 12:48:00 AM Early Times Report Kathua, Nov15: A large number of all type of daily rated working with Power Development Department (PDD) today came on road against Dy CM J&k Dr Nirmal Singh who holds charge of cabinet ministry PDD and local MLA Rajiv Jasrotia while demanding regularization. The protesters alleged that no daily wager has been regularized since long courtesy dilly dallying apprich of state government. They said they are performing their duties at meager wages regularly which is affecting their livelihood in high inflation. Besides seeking regularization of daily wagers who have completed seven years in service, protestors demanded implementation of SRO 381, SRO 59 and other Government orders in PDD, allotment of designation to regularized workers and DPC of employees in PDD.
