Jammu, Dec 6: High court Registrar General Ashok Koul today issued transfer orders of judicial officers.
Rajesh Sekhri, additional district and sessions judge, Jammu, replaced Ashok Kumar as additional district judge (bank cases), Jammu. Ashok Kumar is posted as president of divisional consumer protection, Jammu, vice Shahzad Azeem.
Shahzad Azeem is posted as additional district and sessions judge, Jammu, vice Rajesh Sekhri. Sub-judge Rajesh Kumar Abrol, awaiting posting orders, is transferred and posted as sub-judge, Chadoora, vice Vinod Kumar who is posted as sub-judge, Leave Reserve Post, in the Jammu wing of high court. His services would be utilized as and when desired by the Chief Justice.
Additional charge of the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kargil, for the time being is given to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Leh. He was directed to hold the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kargil, for one week in a month, keeping in view the workload and urgency. |
