JAMMU, Dec 6: Nagrota police station SHO and Bhatindi police post head have been removed and attached with the district police lines, following alleged complaints against them.
Nagrota police station SHO Karan Chalotra was transferred and attached with the DPL with immediate effect, police sources said.
Sohail Rashid was transferred from the DPL and posted as new SHO of the police station, sources informed.
Bhatindi PP head Mukhtiar Ahmad was too removed on the basis of complaints against them, sources alleged, saying SI Arun Bhagat was transferred from Trikuta Nagar police station and posted as new head of the Bhatindi PP.
Both Rashid and Bhagat were asked to immediately take up their new assignments.
