BSP lambasts PM for ignoring downtrodden people | | | Early Times Report
Kathua, Dec 6: Bahujan Samajwadi Party National Vice President and coordinator J&K- West Bengal Raja Ram today lambasted Prime Minister Narendra Modi saying that Dr BR Ambedkar worked for the welfare of downtrodden people but BJP neglected down-trodden people at ground level. He was speaking in a one day convention at Bhagat singh Park Kathua under the supervision of Som Raj Majotra, Vice President State BSP unit. Raja Ram who is also Member Parliament ( Rajya sabha) said, " Ambedkar gave fundamental rights of equality and freedom to downtrodden but present both state and union governments voluntarily ignore the downtrodden especially people from schedule castes/OBC," and added that no welfare scheme launched by BJP has reached at right hands even SC/OBC have being pushed into dark side besides being harassed at government offices/ in the hands of politicians/bureaucrats. Raja Ram clarified all doubts on formation of next government in UP and said that irritated to lawlessness in UP, people wanted BSP government in Uttar Pardesh. He said," the real face of BJP has been exposed before common men and Congress stands at zero position in UP so people try to move towards BSP in next state assembly election. Som Raj Majotra said," Ambedkar recommended equality in social and economic status for all in India but present politicians can express greetings to him but don't follow his mission for down-trodden section." He demanded equal status for all and fundamental rights to SC/OBC which are not properly given at ground level. He alleged on Prime Minister to capture electronic media as plight of common men has not been exposed before nation. |
