Poonch, Dec 6: The forest fire in Poonch has swept through at least three residential houses.
Locals of Nalla area of Loren in Poonch district said that three residential houses were engulfed by the fire that has so far claimed precious life of a persons yesterday. The deceased was identified as 38-year-old Munir Hussain son of Sain Alam resident of Loran.
Two houses were fully damaged by the fire, they said. Locals have been trying their best since yesterday to douse the fire, said a resident, adding that the firemen haven't managed to reach there because of the terrain. |
