Jammu, Mar 22: Residents of the Kot Bhalwal and other surrounding villages of area staged a protest demonstration against the illegal dumping of garbage in open at village Kallri.
Delegation of JKNPP joined the protesters orgnised by Raipur Domana Sangarsh Samiti (RDSS) at Kot.
JKNPP leaders said that every day about 70-90 vehicles of garbage by JMC are dumped in this open area of about 157 Kanals, which has created havoc in the area with stink, odor, stray dogs, pigs and vultures and other predators.
JKNPP Leaders criticized the local MLA and Minister for Health, Bali Bhagat, for not listening to the people's grievances. |
