Early Times Report
POONCH, Mar 22: Crossing all limits, a blue eyed Dental Assistant who is facing many charges of corruption, today said to media persons in front of CMO Poonch that "Health Minister mere jeb mein hai. Mera koi kuch nahi kar sakta".
The said blue eyed dental assistant who is managing his attachments for the last ten years has reportedly remained a collection agent of many Chief Medical Officers and Medical Superintendents over the years and is known as a bad man in the Health Department.
He was accused of selling dental chairs and related dental items from hospital and enquiry in that matter is still going on by agencies.
Moreover, the said Dental assistant is accused of eve teasing and reportedly harassing girl students on the plea, "Mein aapko pass karva dunga. Mere upar tak bahut link hai".
A girl student studying in ANMT school Poonch, said, "I am poor girl. My father has expired and have no source of income. This man always come to me and demands money saying that he will help me in passing the exam". He has remained a Cook of successive CMO'S and is not in good reputation in medical department. Few persons are already playing a legal battle with him but their case is still unheard as the said Dental assistant is openly saying that he has paid Police to close his case.
The said employee is also getting two and half days salary but never remained on roaster for the last five years, thereby he has murdered state exchequer by withdrawing extra salary. He is openly saying that he has close links with Health Minister Bali Bhagat and Industry Minster Chander Parkash Ganga and that's why no body dares to take action on him. He was always provided examination duties and there, he earns lot of money from innocent students on the pea of helping them passing the exam. When media persons asked him about his present place of posting, he showed obscene gestures and said, "Mantri mere jeb mein hai. Koi mera kuch nahi karsakta". Now the question arises on what basis, successive CMO's managed his attachments with them. Some employees of Health Department pleading anonymity said that he is also washing utensils of CMO's to remain in good books of them. His posting is not in CMO office but he continuously visits CMO office and this act raised eyebrows on the silence of CMO Poonch. He has made a mockery of system of Medical Department and has become a Goon of Health Department on the plea of having direct links with ministers. Even CID reports are against him over his harassing behaviour reportedly with female students.
It is high time that such arrogant employees are thrown out of the district else people will continuously say, "Health Department mein sab chor hain.
