Jammu, Mar 22: Following the direction of court, Trikuta Nagar police today registered a case against Kulgam based man for allegedly stealing cheques worth Rs 13 crores belonged to a businessman from his office at Bahu Plaza. Police sources said that complainant Raj Kumar a businessman of Gandhi Nagar alleged in his complaint that one Abdul Rashid Mallik of Kulgam has stolen cheques worth Rs 13 crores from his office at Bahu Plaza. A case under FIR no 86/18 under sections 380, 420, 504 and 506 of RPC has been registered at Trikuta Nagar and further investigation of the case is going on. |
