| Hurriyat proposes to originate Islamic Co-operation, impress India to start meaningful dialogue | | | A N Bharadwaj
It seems that Hurriyat
headed Mirwaiz has puzzled on so called Kashmir issue for which he impressed for meaningful dialogue, and for that purpose he initiated to write letters to the world powers to help for resolving the issue as per his desire, out of that he requested to Dr. Yousif De Othaimecn, Secretary General OIC, which was read out by Syed Faiz Naqashbani, Convener of Hurriyat in Pak, during 44th session of the Council of Foreign Minister of the OIC held in July 2017, in Abidjan of court Di Ivaise, to the OIC to come forward at the most urgent and grave situation for the people of J&K state, and imposed upon the Government of India to put an end to atrocities on Kashmiris and gave them right to self determination and start a meaningful dialogue process with both Pakistan and the people of Kashmir to resolve the vexed dispute appeared in the media dated July 17, 2017.
Similarly, one more Pak valley based stipendiary lobby puppets Ali Shah Geelani issued a statement appeared in the media on August 24, 2017 suggesting to Government of India to solve the so called Kashmir problem on the basis of humanity, democratically and Kashmiryat, as thrashed out by BJP Government.
We are at a loss to understand that he himself is one of the Pak-spies sitting in the valley to implement its agenda being an Indian citizen, whose political back ground is anti-national and shabbiness with full basket loaded with FIR, having a stigma of fifth columnist of the nation, exposed already, by National Investigation Agency (NIA), under that circumstances, how his suggestion could take weight for view, while he himself is a Pak spy working in the valley for Pak-cause.
The Hurriyat headed Mirwaiz and Geelani were interested for dialogue on Kashmir issue and approached to use also an Organization of Islamic Co-operation (OIC), with the request to rake up the issue according to their aspirations, through Pakistan to help them at the 33rd regular session of the UN during September 2017, but that was hit back by the Representative of India to UN, at very moment with assertion that J&K state is an integral part of Indian sovereignty and advised to Pak OIC proxy to refrain from making such ambiguous references in future.
India with utmost regrets noted that it in its statement had contained factually incorrect and misleading references to the J&K state which is an integral part of India and a settled issue which hummed Pakistan.
Apart from that Geelani urged the UN Chief through media appeared on September18, 2017, to intervene in the so called Kashmir issue. On what ground, it would go for interference, it was helpless to justify his request, because of it (UN) had cleared its stand on the issue once for all, on being the issue was bilateral and to be solved bilaterally under Shimla agreement, besides it informed internationally of absolving that all its obligations of the Kashmir case. That in the light of Shimla agreement, its Kashmir relating resolutions had no weight. His same uttering time and again is repeated which does not carry any weight.
It is an ironical as well as strange he despite going into a long process to develop link with OIC through Pakistan for pleading its case in the UNO for meaningful dialogue with India, but he himself could have talked with Indian authorizes concerned or interlocutor appointed by the Indian Government to visit the people of the J&K state to absence and readdress their grievances and suggest he line of action to sort of their problems. Thus he visited the valley for so many times after short intervals one after other.
But during his visit so many delegations of different communities called upon him, but valley based Pak-lobby Hurriyat elements rejected to meet him for a dialogue with him. They asserted under their presumption he was merely a drama of an eye wash and time consuming tactics followed under international pressure and regional compulsions.
The question arise that when Hurriyat are interested to talk on. Their demand with India and why they evaded talking with an interlocutor appointed by the Indian Government and other authorities. He also find other way to exert their efforts and request OIC to ask Pakistan to represent their case along with knock the door of every world power to intervene in their case for settlement. Their hide and run drama of their flesh and blood propaganda had nourished by the blood of the people who demonstrated at the behest of Pak-terror funding mentors which would never got the ground in the light of legal and historical facts. Pak mental outlook is world known, it can deceit them at any time till it deems fit, like withdrawn its supports of Taliban Government and left it in lurch similarly, it can deceit them any times in future.
Their out of the issue superfluous assertion regarding the former Home Minister P Chidambaram propositional statement for granting more autonomy to the state which was unheard by the central Government, which was an absurd and misleading as well as to pour oil on burning fire. It is firm that J&K state has temporary special status vide section 370 of the Constitution of India, which is still continue, besides three more accords were made according to the aspirations of the state people with the representations of the state. What more autonomy which is lying is to be considered is nothing. To issue an ambiguous and an absurd statement to blame the national Government to for misunderstanding is not creditable at their part.
In fact, these valley based Pak spies are not fully aware about their mentors sitting on Pak mound about their ignorance of historical facts, regarding plebiscite reference, who had already violated UN Kashmir plebiscite relating resolution, which had thrown it in dust-bin and demanded now after so many decade to open the same that dead issue from the grave, is now not possible in the light of change of political situation. That plebiscite issue was not permanent, but was pure conditional and not for ever, India is not bound on any way to obey Pak or its valley based proxy spies' dictation. Before that, Pak should first respond the resolutions passed by the Parliament, Government of India in 1984 and protests to surrender the state territory occupied by it during aggression before raising any demand.
Soon before the partition of British India, the British Crown convened a meeting at London (UK) where Indian leaders of the different political parties, such as Indian National Congress, Indian Muslim league and others also to inform his Government proposal for the partition plan of British India for the purpose for ever lasting peace and harmony by granting sovereign status to Muslims of the said country for their independent home land out of the sovereignty of British India.
As it had a tilt towards Muslims of British India, because of that it got political power from them one after other province through aggression or diplomatic strategies, therefore it had desired to grant special concession to these aliens at the cost of indigenous people of the said country. At that time, there were so many reasons and compulsions which exhausted their energy and any future hope resulting in frustration and helplessness which forced it to release the Chain of British slavery for independence to grant sovereign status to the people of India as well as carving out Pakistan out of Indian sovereignty for Muslims sovereign homeland.
Thus the country was portioned out of Indian sovereignty; Pakistan was carved out by granting sovereign status to Muslim for their home land in the world. At that time Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru dynamic leader internationally of secular philosophy pressed the verdict of the crown that if Jinnah headed Muslim league assured authentically to the crown that in future he would not generate communal violence and riots to disturb peace in case of granting them a sovereign status, in that his commitment, he had no objection for the partition plan, but no it had been ironical that after the partition of the country before ink had dried, the Muslims from tribal area headed by Jinnah provoked their sentiment by misusing Islam religion to protect their Kashmiri brothers, which had being killed by the Indian forces and there was need to protect them. His Call was responded and marched onward to Kashmir with full equipped weapons and ration under the leadership of Pak army, by committing subversive activities, killings, bloodshed, rapes and sexual assaults and the communication of state was blocked to suffocate the people, to bow the ruler of the state to conceded his terms and conditions. Thus Jinnah headed Muslim league violated the spirit of partition plan. The partition plan was conditional for ever lasting peace committed by Jinnah. It had been frustrated that granting of sovereign status to his community out of Indian sovereignty even then he could not come up to meet the merit of his committing political responsibility. The case of his aggression to grab the state forcibly, was contested in the UN Security Council, wherein state sovereignty flown to India, was recognized and Pak was castigated and branded as an aggressor country.
It moved and moves hither and dithers as an aggrieved party to justify its stand, but false argument did not convince to any power of the world. It advised as the issue was bilateral and to be solved bilaterally. It (Pak) along with its valley based spies exerted its efforts to get support from the Muslim world powers to establish callipha Government by removing secular democratic Government under two nation theory, which is not acknowledgeable to India. They have no special wings or lay golden eggs. Secession is not possible. The demand of secession raised by the Indian citizens, working in the Kashmir valley as Pak spies at its behest to shatter sovereignty of India who have already been disarrayed by NIA that engraved stigma of fifth columnist of the nation and loaded with FIR on many criminal case are not stake holders and have no status to speak on behalf of the people. Their other 172-million Muslims have been living in other parts of country enjoying equal rights on every issue, with their neighbors and what trouble it has which is a miniscule minority of Kashmiri Muslims of Indian Nation while they have Special Status and other facilities more than their neighbors despite three accords made with Government of India with Kashmiri leaders one after other, have been made according to their aspirations. As the political status of the J&K state has been settled long ago by the Kashmiri community, therefore no ground is seemed to discuss on the matter. |
