| Students of BVMHS Udhampur to participate in IISF | | |  Early Times Report
Udhampur, Nov 9: Ten students, two teacher and Principal of Bhartiya Vidya Mandir High School Udhampur got selected to participate in India International Science Festival (IISF) 2019 Kolkata (West Bengal) w.e.f 5th to 8th Nov.2019.Under the programme Vijnana Bharati, Ministry of Science and Technology,/Earth Sciences/Health and Family Welfare (Govt of India). The program got inaugurated through video conferencing by Prime Minister Narender Modi on 5th August. This Science Festival was aimed at giving a chance to scientists, inventors and researcher's to interact closely with the students through lectures, dialogues, penal discussion and debates, SCIENCE related THEATRE, cafes, Music and standup comedy. There were volunteer cultural presentations and interactions. In this programme three hundred Scientists and ten thousand students from all over COUNTRY took part in it. Dr. Harsh Vardhan Minister for Health and Family Welfare govt of India was the Chief Guest on closing ceremony. |
