Jammu, Oct 4: A top bureaucrat has reportedly humiliated an envoy of the BJP minister, who had approached him with a letter recommending that a few officers should be reshuffled and posted at the key positions.
Sources told Early Times an officer to the rank of Commissioner/Secretary ostensibly threw the recommendation letter of the BJP minister into a dustbin and made it clear to the bearer that BJP ministers have no authority to write to him.
