BJP, Cong, PDP enemies of J&K: Former MP Sheikh Abdul Rehman | | | Early Times Report
Bhaderwah, Nov 16 : The Samajwadi Party (SP) State chief and former MP Sheikh Abdul Rehman today lambasted the coalition government which included National Conference (NC) and Congress in the State for its failure on all fronts. Addressing the media person, former MP Sheikh Abdul Rehman said that there was a visible contradiction in the policies and progammes among the coalition partners and infighting among them has paralyzed the administration from the last five to six years with the result the problems of the people have been compounded. He alleged that now Congress and NC was befooling the people on the name of visible development while there is rampant corruption and growing unemployment has led to the desperation among the youth in their government. He further alleged that the government had failed to initiate action against the corrupt ministers and bureaucrats against whom cases have been registered in Vigilance Organization. NC and Congress keeping its tradition of murdering democratic institutions as Panchayats, Local Bodies, municipalities, State Accountability Commission, RTI and others alive as Panchayats have not been empowered till date. He appealed to people reject these forces at any cost like other parts of the nation. Referring to other parties he said BJP and PDP are busy in their communal and regional politics and claimed both parties before elections have sake their hands. He also alleged that BJP who called their self-nationalist their leaders are now meeting with separatists of Kashmir also criticized PDP Patron Mufti Mohd Sayeed. |
