Slapping of KAS Officer: HC issues notice to Ex-MoS Home & Others 3/11/2015 11:17:11 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 11: In a revision petition filed by Riaz Ahmed Choudhary KAS Officer who allegedly was slapped by Ex-MOS Home Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo, seeking setting aside the order dtd August 20, 2014 passed by Munsiff Judicial Magistrate, Kishtwar the &K High Court today issued notice to SHO Kishtwar and Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo returnable within four weeks and called the record of File No.12/Ikhtatami whereby the Trial Court accepted the Final Report No.43/ 2013 in FIR No.161/2013 and closed the proceedings in this case. After hearing Adv ZN Sheikh appearing for the petitioner, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal of J&K High Court today issued notice to SHO Kishtwar and Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo returnable within four weeks and in the meanwhile State High Court called the record of File No.12/Ikhtatami whereby the Trial Court accepted the Final Report No.43/ 2013 in FIR No.161/2013 and closed the proceedings in the said FIR No.161/2013 dated 30/08/2013.
