Then Assitt Manager JKPCC Kulgam lands in vigilance net 3/11/2015 11:18:00 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 11: State Vigilance Organisation (SVO) Kashmir registered a case against Mohammad Shafi Shah the then Assistant Manager JKPCC Unit-XI Kulgam, following the verification conducted by Vigilance Organization Kashmir into allegations of accumulation of disproportionate assets by indulging in corrupt and illegal practices. "The verification revealed that assets found are disproportionate to his (suspect) known source of income. Thus omissions and commissions on the part of the above mentioned public servant constitute offences punishable U/S 5(1) (e), r/w 5(2) J&K P.C.Act Svt.2006 and further investigation taken up, official spokesperson said.
