Seminar on "Physical Geography" held 3/11/2015 11:19:49 PM Early Times Report Mendhar, Mar 11: Department of Geography Govt Degree College (GDC) Mendhar organized day long seminar on "Physical Geography" under the guidance of Prof M. Qasim Mir and Prof Mahroof Ahmed. Prof Shabir Hussain Shah Principal of the college presided over the seminar and in his presidential address stressed upon the students about the remain updated with the subject which is beneficial for students in their career for appearing in any test faced by them. Under first phase as many as six students presented their papers in the seminar on various topics of physical geography. The students namely Sahil Chandan from B.Sc semester II, Shan Ali of B.Sc semester II, Waqar Ahmed of B.Sc semester II, Sobia Ferdose of B.A. semester II, Sabha Ferdose of B.A. part II and Razwana Khan of B.A. part II, presented papers in this session while in the second session Prof Mohd Mahroof presented his presentation on "Different types of Landforms" on power point and Prof Mohd Qasim Mir presented on topic "Origin Solar System".
