Abducted minor recovered, main accused evades arrest 3/11/2015 11:19:54 PM Early Times Report Rajouri, Mar 11: Acting swiftly on the complaint of a father therein alleging that her minor daughter has been abducted by a local for forceful marriage, the Nowshera Police recovered the girl within 48 hours while massive manhunt is on to nab the main accused who is evading his arrest. "Police have arrested the co-accused from whose possession girl was recovered," police sources said adding, "after medical examination the girl was handed over to the family members today." Police said that on Monday one Mohd Riaz of Gagrote in Nowshera approached police that her minor girl (name with held) was abducted by one Mohd Mushtaq s/o Mohd Bashir r/o Dhandkot in Darhal tehsil for marrying with her without consent with one Taib Hussain s/o Kaka of the same village. Dr Haseeb Mughal, SSP Rajouri issued instructions to Sargun Shukla, SDPO Noushera and Kuldeep Raj, SHO to conduct investigation and ensure early recovery of the abducted girl. Accordingly a case was registered against the accused persons under sections 363-109 RPC and a police team headed by Bag Hussain , ASI took up further investigations. Police following specific input raisded possible hideout of accused and recovered the abducted girl from the cattle shed of co-accused Talib Hussain and Police team in another raid arrested Talib Hussain from village Raikiban in Darhal tehsil.
