JKPDTU condemns Lal Singh 3/11/2015 11:20:14 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 11: J&K People's Democratic Trade Union (JKPDTU) has condemned the unruly misbehaviour and use of harsh words by Health Minister Ch Lal Singh in full public view to a lady doctor today. Jasmeet Singh Madaan, Distt. President, P.D.T.U. condemned the indecent attitude displayed by Lal Singh in full public presence to a Lady Doctor and demanded immediately the registration of F.I.R against the Minister for insulting and misbehaviour.
