Officials working in PDD for 20 yrs, not yet transferred 4/11/2015 12:16:37 AM Ajay Sharma Early Times Report Rajouri, Apr 10: Some officials of PDD (power development department) Rajouri are alleged to be moving from pillar to post to remain posted in the area they have been serving for more than 20 years in almost all the 8 sub divisions of district Rajouri, including sub division Sunderbani, Sub-division Kalakote and Sub-division Kotranka. According to sources, some officials of PDD Rajouri are holding their office for the last 20 years in many of the sub-divisions of district Rajouri. Some Junior Engineers in these sub-division were again posted in the same sub-divisions after their promotion as Assistant Engineers. Chief Engineer Ajay Gupta, when contacted, asked this reporter to contact the deputy CM and commissioner secretary and said, "I am presently here in High Court, Srinagar, regarding some case and you better contact the deputy CM and Commissioner Secretary ." Commisioner Secretary, when contacted, said, " I don't want to talk to you on this matter". DCP said, "I am busy in a meeting and can't talk.
