KPS lambasts mischievous elements who oppose resettlement of Pandits in Kashmir | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 16: Kashmiri Pandit Sabha (KPS) today held meeting at Amphalla, in which they lambasted mischievous elements who opposing resettlement of Pandits in Kashmir. According to press release, KPS president KK Khosa said that it was inalienable and irrevocable birth right of Kashmiri Pandits to go back to their roots and place of birth and origin i.e Kashmir to which they belong for over 5320 years. The return formula in whatever shape and form must be on the terms and conditions of the exiled community and never on terms of fundamentalists, separatists, traitors, killers and arsonists. They further said that it sounds nothing less than a crude joke and rubbing of salt on wounds inflicted on the exiled community to suggest to go back to where they lived before being hounded out from Kashmir. Khosa further said that the injustice discrimination and neglect heaped on the exiled community was long and so far minority status has not been granted to the internally made refugees KPS. "Kashmir Majority community shall continue to be considered as siding with and endorsing the writ of forces inimical to co-existence and inclusiveness as long as KPS continues to be in exile", he concluded. TK Jigyasu, Bharti and BL Handoo were also present on the occasion. |
