Tiny Tots HSS celebrates Mother's Day

Jammu, May 12: Tiny Tots Higher Secondary School celebrated Mothers day with great enthusiasm in the School premises today. Mothers were welcomed by showers of petals by the little children. Veena Handa the Chairperson of the Handa College of Education and Tiny Tots Group of schools was the Chief guest for the day. The days proceedings started with the lighting of the Lamp. This was followed by various colourful dances and a skit depicting the life and sacrifices made by a mother in bringing up her children.
Dr Vikram Handa , the Principal of the school in his address stressed the importance of mothers in the upbringing of a child. He stressed that mothers are the pillars of the society as they share the burden of bringing out the best in every child, which is the need of the society and the country.
Little Toddlers of Star Kids, Tiny Tots gave their mothers certificates stating that they were the world's best mothers. Before the commencement of Cultural Program a glass painting competition was held and students were awarded prizes by their Mothers.
