SAMBA, May 12 : Department of Youth Services and Sports District Samba today, organized Inter School Zonal Level U-14, U-17 (Girls and Boys) Tournament under the supervision of District Youth Services and Sports Officer Samba Subash Chander Bhardwaj and ZEPO Samba Rakesh Verma. Chairman of the Tournament Narinder Singh Principal of GHSS Boys Samba declared the tournament open in which around 250 players participated. On this occasion, some of the prominent persons from Medical Department were also presen including Dr. Sunil Dubey, Dr. Monika, Pharmacist Rajinder Singh and Nurse Shobna Kumari. On this day of the Inter-zonal level tournament the results were as in KHO - KHO, U-14 Boys, the final was played between N V Dhalote V/s CMP Nud and the CMP Nud was declared as a Winner by 09 points. In KHO - KHO, U-14 Girls, the final match was played between N V Dhalote V/s CMP Nud wherein N V Dhalote was declared as a Winner by 06 points.
In VOLLEYBALL, U-14 Boys, the final match was played between GMS Sadoh V/s Shishu Niketan Hr Sec School Samba and GMS Sadoh declared as winner by 2-0 Sets
In VOLLEYBALL U-17 Boys, the final match was played between GHS Nanak Chack V/s Kristu Jyoti Convent School School Samba and GHS Nanak Chack declared as winner by 2-0 Sets. In VOLLEYBALL U-17 Girls, Final was played between GHS Sarna V/s GHS (Girls) Bainglar and GHS (Girls) Bainglar was declared as a Winner by 2-1 Sets
