HC keeps transfer of lecturer without Minister's approval in abeyance 5/30/2015 11:12:30 PM Early Times Report Jammu, May 30: In a petition filed by S Sarabjeet Singh working as Lecturer Physical Education SRML High School Jammu and was transferred to Boys Higher Secondary School Bishnah, Justice BS Walia of J&K High Court Jammu Wing issued notice to respondents and ordered that the transfer order of petitioner shall be kept in abeyance. According to the petition that the Directorate of Youth Services & Sports & Technical Education department, transfers and postings were being made without following the due procedure and business rules and without seeking any approval of the Minister concerned and the issue came to the notice of the Government particularly when the Minister for Youth Services & Sports Debarment, through his Special Assistant issued strict instructions vide order dated 13/5/2015 to all the Administrative Secretaries/ HoDs that no transfer and posting of any officer/official at any level shall be made without the prior concurrence of the Minister.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
