KC Gurukul Public School holds cookery workshop Sunaina Malik 6/11/2015 10:14:38 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 11 : Cookery workshop was organised by KC Gurukul School Paloura and held by famous celebrity Chef Rajan Sharma as a part of Summer Camp activity. The objective of the workshop was to teach the children about how to present and cook different recipes. Chef Rajan also gave the knowledge about the regional cuisine and he also taught young campers what food is all about. The speciality of the day was Cold Store sandwich and beet root salad. Kids and teachers were very excited to cook food without heat. Arvind Mahajan, the chairman of KC Gurukul School was the chief guest and inaugurated the workshop. Vijay Puri , the Academic Director of school paid special stress on the kitchen hygiene and the nutritious value of the food.
