Stage all set for "war" between Bali Bhagat and all factions of Hurriyat Conference "Freedom fighters" come out in support of land mafia 6/11/2015 11:52:30 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 11: Stage is all set for a war between all factions of Hurriyat Conference and Forest Minister Bali Bhagat, who has launched a campaign against those powerful politicians who have encroached thousands and thousands hectors of Forest land. On the direction of powerful land mafia, which has encroached Forest land all over the State, all leaders of Hurriyat Conference and other pro-Pakistani groups have started playing religion card to shield influential land mafia comprised politicians of all political parties, bureaucrats and big businessmen. Some Hurriyat leaders have themselves encroached Forest land in Kashmir so they have started a campaign against anti-encroachment drive in the name of religion. Credible sources said encroacher of forest land have bribed some leaders including those of Hurriyat Conference to give religious colour to the anti-encroachment drive otherwise they will be evicted from the encroached forest land and anti-encroachment drive would expose their misdeeds. Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front on Wednesday announced that it would hold a day-long token hunger strike here on Saturdayto protest against alleged forcible eviction of Muslims from the forest land in Jammu. Interestingly the self pro-claimed "Freedom Fighters" have come in support of those who have encroached upon forest land both in Jammu and Kashmir Valley. In a statement here the JKLF Chairman Mohd. Yasin Malik said, "Kashmiris will not remain silent spectators over the plight of Jammu Muslims and other minorities. We will organise a one-day hunger strike at Budshah Chowk on June 13 against this,". The JKLF Chairman said he would lead a delegation to Jammu onJune 15 to assess the situation on ground. "By displacing Jammu Muslims from their homes and creating fear among Muslims in Chenab area after deploying Hindu officers in place of Muslims has proved once again that PDP led by Mufti Muhammad Sayeed is hell bent to destroy Jammu Kashmir at the behest of RSS," Malik alleged. Malik said that in the name of forest land, Muslims are being targeted, their homes are being bulldozed in Israeli style, thus making downtrodden Muslims homeless.
