Srinagar, June 11: On the recommended by state high court, the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs today ordered appointments of district judges. According official communiqué, sub judges S C Kattal, Jatinder Singh Jamwal, Virender Singh Bahu and Khalil Ahmad Choudhary have been appointed as district judges against clear vacancies, following recommendation of state high court.
Moreover, the law department has also made appointment of sub judges as district judges on temporary basis. "Sub Judge Rajeev Gupta and Chain Lal Bavoria have been appointed as district judges against the vacancies caused due to ex-cadre posting of two district judges for a period of six months or till the posts are filled up by regular process", the handout read. |
