Narco-smuggler held with 3.5 kg Ganjaa 6/11/2015 11:05:43 PM Early Times Report Jammu , Jun 11: Police today arrested a narcotics smuggler alongwith a consignment of contraband weighing upto 3.5 kg Ganjaa from his possession during a naka falling under jurisdiction of Police Station Nehru Market. "The arrested has been identified as Om Parkash of Sukkhdaa, Chhattisgarh presently at Indra colony Janipur, police spokesperson said. Police spokesperson said, "On specific information party led by in-charge Police Post Nehru Market SI Sumit Magotra under the supervision of senior officials raised a naka at Nehru Market and intercepted Om Parkash for his suspicious movements. "During frisking of the accused the police team recovered 3.5 Kgs of Ganjaa from his possession", said spokesperson adding that a case under appropriate sections has been registered in this connection.
