LAWDA removes encroachments inside Dal Lake 6/11/2015 11:20:33 PM Early Times Report Srinagar, June 11 : Continuing the anti-encroachment drive in and around the Dal Lake, the Enforcement wing of Lakes and Waterways Development Authority (LAWDA) today removed several illegal structures inside the lake.The anti-encroachment drive was led by Dy SP Suhail Reshi, who is also the Enforcement Officer at LAWDA. Reshi said LAWDA has launched a sustained anti-encroachment drive in and around the Dal Lake to save this heritage site from further destruction. He said the anti-encroachment drive would continue and no fresh illegal constructions would be allowed in the non-permissible areas in and around the lake.
