JAMMU, July 03: Super Prop in association with prominent builders of Delhi NCR is going in conduct a two day awareness event at Jammu Club from July 4 to create awareness among people of J&K "Why to invest in NOIDA Extension project- the real estate sector.
Giving details about the project, Vice President, Sales, Vardhman IHPL Group alongwith Aashik Khan and jagmeet Singh Executive Director (Sales) said that NOIDA extension has emerged unharmed from the land acquisition row and is expected to deliver 50,000 units by the end of 2015.
"The rising real estate prices in other makests like Gurgoan & Delhi NCR have LED lot a lot of investors turning their focus on Noida Extension, they said.
"Big real estate developers like Bulland Goup, IHPL Gorup Supertech, AVJ Group, AVI Street, and Galaxy & Royal Nest will be representing their upcoming projects of Noida extension in the Prepertu Carnival at Jammu Club, speakers added.
"Nodia Extension is preferred by buyer who have limited budgets and are looking for Good Infrastructure, Metro Connectivity with good road networks, they asserted, adding, "the locality is the best investment one can make in the current scenario.
