Kishtwar, July 17: As a part of its annual feature, Tariq Memorial Charitable Foundation today distributed food packets which includes rice, atta, ghee, Mustard oil, Salt and other material among 100 destitute families of Kishtwar so that they could celebrate the festival of Eid ul Fitar along with other people. The distribution of food packets among these destitute families were distributed in presence of Chairman of the foundation Haji Ghulam Nabi , Tariq Parveez, Ajaz Sheikh, Tahir Nabi ,Adil Rashid ,Ghulam Ali ,Umer, Faraz and other members.
The Chairman of the foundation assured that TMT will continue its efforts in future to reach out to poor and destitute families by helping them through different modes so that they could with stand on their feet. Earlier TMT distributed uniform among poor children, provide scholarship to poor students, arrange skill development training courses for orphan girls and many other welfare programs for the poor and downtrodden people.
