Ajaz Jan exhorts youth to counter anti people machinations of deceptive PDP-BJP alliance 7/17/2015 11:24:12 PM Early Times Report Poonch, July 17: Asserting that a huge responsibility has cast upon youth to meet challenges unfolded by deceptive and opportunistic PDP-BJP alliance, the Provincial Youth National Conference President Jammu Ajaz Jan envisioned a key role for youngsters in politics and exhorted youth to counter anti people machinations of deceptive PDP-BJP alliance He envisioned a key role for youngsters in politics especially in the wake of myopic, intolerant and biased elements polluting the public life for vested interest. Speaking on the occasion, Ex MLA and senior NC leader Ajaz Jan said that in the changed political scenario, role of youth has become crucial and important. He emphasised that in a choked political atmosphere, plagued with opportunism and lust for power, the youngsters can bring a pleasant breeze with their innovative ideas and emancipated outlook and lauded the young people of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh for their political sagacity. He further hoped they will come forward and play their role in a big way. He said their involvement in active politics can give a new dimension to political discourse which will eventually shrink role of negative elements in dividing the society for their vested interest. He assured the youngsters that National Conference will provide them appropriate forum to grow as future leaders with a vision inherited from Sher-e-Kashmir Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah and the legacy of his selfless service towards the people of the state. He said that Dr Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah have been carrying forward this mission with a sincerity of purpose. He asked the youth to strengthen the hands of party leadership by making National Conference vibrant at grass root level so that it can fulfill the mission of towering leaders.
