BJP shedding crocodile tears on AIIMS issue: Vishal Chopra 7/17/2015 11:43:47 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 17: Former advisory Member BSNL Jammu and Youth Congress leader Vishal Chopra said BJP is shedding crocodile tears on the issue of AIIMS and refugees. He said Congress favours AIIMS in both the regions in view of the peculiar situation of the state as already been acknowledge by setting up two central universities by the Congress led UPA government. He said that Modi Govt did not sanction the package one time settlement of POK refugees and surrendered its stand on West PAK refugees besides on delimitation of assembly constituencies. Vishal chopra said that Congress is the only secular unifying force in three regions of the state which has a vision and programme for the unity and integrity of the state and to maintain the atmosphere of peace and harmony.
