MPEJ demands criminal case against MLA Er Rashid 10/11/2015 11:17:51 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 11: Expressing great anguish and dismay over the double standard adopted by so- called main stream regional political Parties in the State with regard to beef Party hosted by a law make- Er. Abdul Rashid at MLA Hostel Srinagar, Movement for Peace, Equality & Justice (MPEJ) has appealed the government to immediately book the cheap political drama player- Er Abdul Rashid MLA, Langate under the relevant law, so that instances of sacrilegious acts do not surface which hamper age old communal harmony in the state. The members MPEJ also lambasted NC, PDP & Congress asserting that the so called secular leaders condemned the physical assault on the most vocal provocative MLA Langate, Er Rashid but they did not utter a single word against the provocative Beef Party hosted by him at MLA Hostel. They further said this (beef row) drama is being staged and enacted by both the ruling Partners; while it suits PDP in the valley and BJP in Jammu to befool their respective masses. Underlining that this game is very dangerous for unity & integrity, the members appealed the government to immediately book the cheap political drama player- Er. Ab. Rashid MLA, Langate under the relevant law, so that instances of sacrilegious acts like that of Chenani - Udhampur do not surface again.
