Jammu, Oct 17: In the petition filed by Silony Sharma alleging the selection of selection f Jr Physiotherapist (Divisional Cadre), Jammu made by the SSRB vide select list on 06/10/2015, the Justice Janak Raj Kotwal of J&K High Court Jammu Wing issued notice returnable within four weeks and in the mean while subject to objections from other side and stayed the selection till next date of hearing.
After hearing Sr Adv Sunil Sethi appearing for the petitioner, the High Court stayed the selection of Poonam Rokri, Anshu Sharma, Sumeet Kour, Sonia Chib, Shabir Ahmed, Mamta Bhagat and Pallvi Mahajan, till next date of hearing.
The petitioner Silony Sharma has alleged that the selection of selection of Jr Physiotherapist (Divisional Cadre), Jammu made by the SSRB in utter defiance and contravention to the eligibility conditions prescribed in the advertisement notice no.03 of 2012 dated 28/12/2012 and notification dated 02/12/2014. |
