File response over setting up Industrial Unit in residential area: DB to Govt 10/18/2015 12:54:45 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 17: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by one Sunil Kumar seeking closing down the Industrial Unit setting up in residential area, a Division Bench (DB) of State High Court Jammu Wing comprising Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur and Justice BS Walia issued notice to respondents and directed State respondents to file response within three weeks. In the PIL petitioner has sought closure of Industrial Unit namely Kalsi Tyre Retreading which is creating pollution and health hazards to the common people residing in the area of Bahu Fort.
