Prize distribution function held 10/20/2015 11:46:36 PM Early Times Report Samba, Oct 18: Prize distribution function was held at Government Girls Higer Secondary School Jakh. On the occasion Chief Education officer Samba OP Bhagat was the chief guest and Prem Vashshit a renewed social worker was the guest of honor. In this annual event Ashima Dabgotra, Altaf Hussain from class 12th and Muskaan, Sahil Kumar from class 10th were awarded with cash prize worth Rs. 5000 each by the chief guest. These prizes are being arranged by Prem Vashshit every year to honour the meritorious students. While addressing the students, the chief education officer appreciated the role being played by Prem Vashshit to encourage the student community in general and for a lot of contribution for development of the institution in particular. While interacting with the students and others present on the occasion, Vashisht advised the students to be sincere with their Teachers, Parents and students. His main focus was on the overall personality development of the students.
