jammu, Oct 20: Engineer Rashid , the Langate MLA from Kashmir had his piece of share in Delhi also after he was rudely roughed up by the BJP MLAs in Srinagar after he had hosted a beef party allegedly throwing to winds the sentiments of a particular community and also demeaning the law of land that had banned the beef in State.
The truck-burning incident at Udhampur attributed to a community rage that sparked off leaving one person dead and making Rashid to rush to Delhi along with the kins of deceased to list protest at Centre.
The commoners are of belief that the unfortunate death of 19-year-old Zahid could have averted, had Rashid not stooped so low to enact a communally inciting situation and arranging the beef party,.
"Had he not thrown openly the beef party inviting his ilk to devour the cow-meat over celebrations, he would have saved a life of a son of the parents whom he now takes along to Delhi to enact a jugglery before media and the hurt kin of the deceased," said Puneet Sharma, a Jammu university scholar while talking to Early Times.
Other students in the JU echoed same sentiments.
Meanwhile taking a dig at Rashid for being an impostor, many people in Jammu after going through the media reporting on Rashid's inking of face and his subsequent lies told to media have said that engineer Rashid is a puppet in the hands of the agencies who is implanted in valley to get their licentious business run in valley.
While the media reports citing 'allegedly' that some 'right wing activists' smeared his face with black, it also carry version of smothered face Rashid who says, "I do not eat beef, mutton, or chicken but that was a form of protest to tell the authorities that do not interfere in anyone's religion,"
Rashid explained this to reporters during the press conference in New Delhi when was asked about him violating the sentiments of the people.

"The main culprit behind the Udhampur incident was beef eater Er Rashid. His shameful act of holding beef party in Government building and offering and eating the beef himself recorded on camera amply shows he is liar of number one degree who needs to be kicked out of the country. We fail to understand what compulsion Modi Government has for not acting against the trouble monger who sparked hatred in the entire country," said Gurpreet Singh, at civil engineer by profession in State Government.
He lamented that instead of lodging FIR against the offender MLA who openly violated the RPC Section 298 A, B, C, D by organizing beef party in the Government premises, the Government had booked several innocent youth of Udhampur in false cases. |
