Court denies bail to two alleged rapists

JAMMU, Oct 23: 3rd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Y P Kotwal rejected the bail application of Bodh Raj and Keemti Lal who were facing trial in alleged kidnapping and rape and police station RS Pura registered against FIR u/s 366376 RPC.
While rejecting the bail application, 3rd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu YP Kotwal observed that rape is not only a crime against the woman but is a crime against the entire society and it is a crime against the basic human rights. With these observations Court rejected the bail application. (JNF)
