DC Kishtwar pays surprise visit to offices 10/24/2015 12:35:34 AM Early Times Report Kishtwar Oct 23: After assuming the charge of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Ghulam Nabi Balwan accompanied with additional Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Kishori Lal Sharma on Friday paid surprise visit to the offices located in mini secretariat Kishtwar and checked attendance of all officers and employees. Balwan directed the officers to maintain punctuality in the offices and asked the administrative heads and district officers to submit the daily attendance of all the employees formally up to 10.15 am on daily basis in the office of deputy commissioner. He further directed them to effectively deliver the services to the general public and warned them to refrain from the absenteeism culture as it would not be tolerated at any cost. Balwan also instructed the concerned officers to take urgent steps for maintaining cleanliness in their offices beside directed Executive Engineer JKPCC to immediately complete the left out works on war footing basis in other offices pertaining to administrative departments including Deputy Commissioner's office, so that the offices could be shifted at an earliest as per the plan.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
