Samba Oct 23 :CII J&K State Council delegation today met Sheetal Nanda, Deputy Commissioner, Samba and submitted a representation on the issues concerning the industry in Samba highlighting therein problem in Industrial Area Phase I due to erosion of banks of the river Basantar, frequent power failure due to bad condition of 11 KVA power supply lines in Industrial Area, dilapidated link road between Industrial Area Phase I & Phase II, bad condition of Entry Road for Industrial Area Phase II, Incomplete Nullah from Samba City causing land & water contamination and pollution.
Dy.Commissioner, Samba gave a patient hearing to the Delegation and taking a serious note of all these issues, she directed all the concerned Departments to take immediate steps to resolve all the issues raised in the representation. |
