Jan nominates Dev as District YNC president Kishtwar 10/24/2015 12:40:40 AM Early Times Report Jammu Oct 23: Former MLA and Youth President Jammu Province National Conference Ijaz Ahmed Jan today nominated youth office bearers for Kishtwar District in a meeting held at Sher-e-Kashmir Bhawan Jammu. Wherein he nominated 43 year old Farooq Ahmed Dev as party Youth President for Kishtwar while Arif Hussain Butt has been nominated as vice President Youth, Manoj Kumar and.Asif Qazi as Secretaries. While talking to "Early Times" newly nominated Youth President Farooq Ahmed Dev said that his prime objective will be towards maintaining peace and communal harmony, added that peace is imperative for carrying the political activities along with the developmental work forward not only in the District Kishtwar, but in entire state. He said that BJP's and PDP's divisive politics in the state as well as in other parts of the country is shrinking the political space for secular parties added that there is a need to fight divisive politics tooth and nail. He said that issue of water crises, poor road connectivity, poor health infrastructure, shortage of staff in schools will be the issues which he will raise at various forums as and when he get the chance. Meanwhile a social activist and former Vice President Municipal Committee Kishtwar Nursat Farooq Baghwan hailed the appointment of Farooq Ahmed Dev as Youth president NC Kishtwar and others, added that it is need of the time to select a vibrant and dedicated youth team for Kishtwar, said that all these youth faces are great idealistic, energetic & have capacity as well as ability to faces the tough time.
