In a country like India where secularism is the back bone of our democratic fabric and world wide known unique state for its historical brotherhood setup with multi linguistic, multicultural, multi socio egalitarian state and in such state there is no scope for outraging the sentiments of any community irrespective of creed, caste and religion, brinkmanship of some legislatures collectively tantamount to incredible game plane to sabotage the secular sacrosanct traditions of our society. The Jammu and Kashmir may not fall prey of theocratic state which is other wise a dangerous for unity in diversity. There have been many occasions in the past the anti national elements in Kashmir have played havoc with the sentiments of peace loving citizen of the sensitive state. J&K does not belong to one community and history has revealed the pathans have committed lot of atrocities on Hindus but inspite of all odds and miseries the Hindus being suffragists did not look behind and moved forward with the hope that good sense shall prevail to anti nationals. The turmoil in Jammu and Kashmir for the last more than two decades have entirely jolted the secular credential of secular forces. Those who have taken an oath to protect the sovereignty and integrity of the state and the India as a whole under the Indian constitution have become the trespassers of laws of the land endangering the human lives on this side of the country.
Slaughtering of beef animals has been banned by the law of this state and there are slaughter houses in big metros where a proper system is followed and beef so produced is packed and sent to middle east countries under international trade policies but as of now there was no such absurd open day exploitation of sentiments of particular community which has been witnessed in the present context at Srinagar where legislatures hostel become the venue of hurting the sentiments of particular community. This is a crime and all those involved in such heinous crime must be dealt severely under the law of land and constitution of Indian where no body has right to pay disregard to religion of people of other community in sheer violation of fundaments rights. The govt is alive to the situation and govt has out rightly condemned this act of few legislature because it is a threat to our moral values. Whether it is an legislative assembly or Indian parliament the sanctum of such houses need to be maintained by the elected representatives of the people. Legislatures are not an exception to impunity and the govt must elucidate that no body is above law how high ranking he/she may be govt must adopt a policy to retort such act so that nobody dares to repeat what has exactly happened at Srinagar in MLA's hostel as well as in legislative assembly. The state of jammu and Kashmir is already reeling under subversive activities let loose by our hostile neighbour who is hell bent to destabilize India but Indian who is peace loving and believe in non violence will never allow them to succeed in their nefarious designs India firm resolve is to fight out such antinational forces. The sleeper cells are working round the clock to carryout and continue their undesirable activities in various parts of Indian states. This need to be followed vigoursly by our various field intelligence agencies so that a good and timely feedback is provided to the law enforcing agencies to curb such menace. Kashmir has witnessed in the recent past the hosting of pak as well as ISIS flags. This is being done at the instance of some Akas from across the border and there are some paid agents who are luring the youths between the age groups of 15 years to 25 years who are oftenly seen holding such flags. The social media displaying such events frequently Govt. has to curb such activities, our intelligence agencies must act swiftly so that all antinational activities which are presently going on in Kashmir are put on the hold and the perpetrators are taken to task if the government will not act now during its presence in the valley, the situation may take ugly turn during govt move to winter capital Jammu. Though security agencies are taking on militant every day but still sleeper cells are working there. There is a blanket ban on cow slaughtering in J&K since 1931 there is danger to national security due to religious fanatism which has spread its tentacles in parts of the state. The deep conspiracies are being hatched to retard developmental activities in the state.
Neither India belongs to Hindus nor Kashmir belongs to Muslims, we rare all one irrespective of cost, creed and sex since J&K is an integral part of India and all people living in J&K are Indian. Similarly, Muslims living in all sates of India are Indians therefore, hurting of religious sentiments of Muslims, Hindus , Sikhs and Christians is crime and all religions have equal fundamental rights and do practice their faiths as per their respective traditions.
The killing of Mohammed Akhlaq in a Dadri village in Noida (UP) by some hooligans suspecting him that he has killed a cow and taken his beef. His other family members were man handled assaulted and injured with a scuffle. Is it a way to take law into their hands and kill a peace loving persons of a minority community. There is no doubt that Hindus worship cow and her milk is consumed jus like mother milk and cow slaughter is an offence in some state of India like UP but eating of beef is not a crime in some state of Indian. People of Muslim community are eating beef since long in India and there are govt run slaughter houses. The questions is not of eating beef but time has come where modern concept of living together in a locality, town , city or state and country with multi pronged approach to secularism is the need of the hour. India is a vast republic its religious fanatism will lower its image internationally. India is already in race for permanent seat in united nations security council and on the other hand such petty issues shall expose our policies of which Gandhi ji struggle hard to give a concept of swaraj and dream of modern Indian by late prime minister Pt. Jawahar lal Nehru. The prime minister of India Narinder Modi has warned all such forces who are spoiling the years old brotherhood and secular fabric of India with sever action and time and again stated that India cannot develop into a super power until and unless Sab ka sath as there be emphasised that 1.20 crores Indians are one. There will be no injustice to any person/ persons belonging to any community living in India . Hindus , Muslims, Sikhs, Christians have given countless sacrifices during freedom struggle. The govt. of J&K and central govt must ensure that incidences like J&K Assembly, MLA hostel in Srinagar and Dadri in UP are not repeated and anybody violating the peaceful atmosphere of the country must be dealt under the law of land irrespective of rank and file.
Let us all jointly fight against poverty , inequality, illiteracy, diseases, social evils and social disorder rather than fighting of the causes irrelevant to our ideology. |
