TOURS elects Anchal Singh Manhas as president 11/13/2015 11:35:33 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 13: Taxi Operators Union of Railway Station ( TOURS) Jammu held office bearers election in which Anchal Singh Manhas has been elected as president of union. According to press release, the election was held under the supervision of Tehsildar and police authority. On this occasion, during the ballot election, Anchal Singh Manhas got 316 votes out of 509 while his contender, Davinder Choudhary got only 187 votes.
